
Warranty Terms & Conditions
If in the unlikely event your product has a Mechanical Or Electrical Breakdown then these are the steps we take to get it back up and running asap.

Once we have been informed of the issue your product has we will request you to return the product to us via post or if you collected the product from us then we will arrange a time for you to bring it back to us in person.

When your product has been returned to us we will aim to fix the issues within 14 working days however this is not always possible if we have to order in replacement parts etc.

If in the unlikely event we are unable to repair your product we will first will offer you an exchange/ like-for-like replacement failing that you will be offered a credit note to spend on anything else we have available. No refunds will be applicable.

Warranty Claims will only be accepted for Mechanical* and Electrical* Breakdowns. Software issues/Faults are NOT included however we will try and repair if costs are agreed with customer

Batteries are NOT covered by our warranty as they are a consumable item

Where possible we will attach security stickers to our products to prevent false warranty claims and if they are tampered with the warranty of that product will become VOID.

Water/Liquid damage will VOID the warranty immediately

If a power/electrical surge occurs this is NOT covered under warranty and if damage is caused to any component/s them there will be a charge before for any repairs undertaken. We always recommend that a surge protected adapter is used however they are NOT guaranteed to stop the surge happening.
